  • The booking qualifies for a refund as per the respective hotel or service provider’s policy
  • The request is made within the permitted time frame
  • The booking is successfully cancelled (if applicable under provider terms)

All refund decisions are subject to approval by the respective service provider.


2. Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain bookings are strictly non-refundable, including:

  • Discounted or promotional offers
  • Last-minute or special deal bookings
  • Bookings clearly marked as “Non-Refundable” at the time of purchase

No refund will be provided in such cases.


3. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are generally non-refundable:

  • Convenience fees or service charges
  • Payment gateway or transaction fees
  • Taxes or charges retained by third-party providers (if applicable)

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during booking
  • The actual time for the refund to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

5. No-Show Cases

  • No refunds will be issued if the customer fails to utilize the booking without prior notice
  • Exceptions may be considered only in genuine cases and are subject to approval

6. Service Issues & Failed Bookings

If:

  • A booking fails but payment is deducted, or
  • The service provider is unable to deliver the booked service

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to verification.


7. Force Majeure

Refunds for disruptions caused by events beyond control (such as natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, or emergencies) will depend on the policies of the respective service provider.
